February Women’s Restorative Brunch

Theme: Renew & Recenter (For Women that Pour into Others)

This immersive workshop invites you to return to yourself. We’ll open with a mindful grounding moment, move into poetry therapy, enjoy a nourishing brunch with mindful eating, and close with expressive journaling and soulful conversation. A beautiful space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with your purpose.
