About Me
Realign your mind. Restore your body. Reclaim your soul.
I’m a licensed therapist, board-certified life coach, and stress management consultant who specializes in group-based healing and creative wellness experiences for women and youth. My approach is holistic and heart-led—blending expressive arts, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed practices to help you reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.
Whether you are navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or simply feeling stuck, I hold space for you to breathe, reflect, and reset—in a way that honors your full self: mind, body, and soul.
Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to pour from an empty cup. I also know the power of community, creativity, and self-awareness in reclaiming your energy, voice, and purpose. That’s why I create group spaces where healing feels possible, transformation feels personal, and your story is met with both compassion and tools for change.
How I Support You
I lead a range of group programs, workshops, and retreats focused on emotional well-being, stress recovery, and self-discovery. Each offering is designed to help you step out of survival mode and into soul-centered living.
My signature groups include:
The Mindful Path – Group counseling for anxiety using CBT + mindfulness
(September)
ADHD & Me – Creative support group for youth navigating ADHD (November)
Movement & Metaphor – A poetry therapy + movement group for emotional release
(March)
Lifted: A Creative support group for Youth navigating depression (February)

EXPERIENCE
Online or Teletherapy
Teletherapy is a modern way to get mental health support through video calls, phone, or messaging. It’s just like in-person therapy, but you can do it anywhere that feels comfortable and private. It’s convenient, flexible, and great for people with busy schedules or those who live in remote areas. We can address a wide range of issues, like stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. All you need is a quiet space, a phone or device, and a stable internet connection to get started!
Holistic Therapy
Holistic therapy focuses on your overall well-being—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It’s about understanding how different parts of your life connect and working to bring balance. Together, we’ll explore tools like mindfulness, lifestyle changes, and even spiritual practices if that feels right for you. This approach helps with issues like stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck in life. It’s a way to heal and grow as a whole person, not just one part of you.
Expressive Therapies
Expressive therapies use creative activities like art, music, writing, or movement to help you explore and process your emotions. It’s a hands-on approach that lets you express yourself in ways that feel natural and meaningful. Together, we’ll use these creative tools to uncover insights, manage stress, and work through challenges. This type of therapy can be especially helpful if you find it hard to put feelings into words. It’s a powerful way to connect with your emotions and heal through self-expression.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-based therapy helps you focus on the present moment to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges. It’s about learning to be aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. In our sessions, we’ll use techniques like breathing exercises, meditation, and grounding practices to help you feel more centered. This approach can improve emotional balance, reduce overwhelm, and enhance your overall well-being. It’s a practical, supportive way to stay connected to yourself and navigate life’s ups and downs.
