WELCOME!

I'm Wanda.

Realign your mind. Restore your body. Reclaim your soul.

I’m a licensed therapist, board-certified life coach, and stress management consultant specializing in group healing and creative wellness for women and youth. My holistic, heart-led approach blends expressive arts, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed practices to help you reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.

Whether you’re facing burnout, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or simply feeling stuck, I hold space for you to breathe, reflect, and reset—honoring your whole self: mind, body, and soul.

Why I Do This Work:
I understand the impact of giving from an empty cup and the transformative power of community, creativity, and self-awareness. I create group spaces where healing, personal transformation, and compassionate support go hand in hand.

How I Support You:
I offer group programs, workshops, and retreats focused on emotional well-being, stress recovery, and self-discovery, designed to move you from survival mode to soul-centered living.

Signature Groups:

  • The Mindful Path: Anxiety group (CBT + mindfulness, September)

  • ADHD & Me: Creative support for youth (November)

  • Movement & Metaphor: Poetry therapy + movement (March)

  • Lifted: Creative support for youth with depression (February)

Who I Support:
Women and youth navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and a desire for deeper meaning and self-awareness.

Each offering promotes self-preservation, emotional clarity, and growth in a supportive community.

My Methods

EXPERIENCE

Online or Teletherapy

Teletherapy is a modern way to get mental health support through video calls, phone, or messaging. It’s just like in-person therapy, but you can do it anywhere that feels comfortable and private. It’s convenient, flexible, and great for people with busy schedules or those who live in remote areas. We can address a wide range of issues, like stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. All you need is a quiet space, a phone or device, and a stable internet connection to get started!

Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapy focuses on your overall well-being—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It’s about understanding how different parts of your life connect and working to bring balance. Together, we’ll explore tools like mindfulness, lifestyle changes, and even spiritual practices if that feels right for you. This approach helps with issues like stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck in life. It’s a way to heal and grow as a whole person, not just one part of you.

Expressive Therapies

Expressive therapies use creative activities like art, music, writing, or movement to help you explore and process your emotions. It’s a hands-on approach that lets you express yourself in ways that feel natural and meaningful. Together, we’ll use these creative tools to uncover insights, manage stress, and work through challenges. This type of therapy can be especially helpful if you find it hard to put feelings into words. It’s a powerful way to connect with your emotions and heal through self-expression.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy helps you focus on the present moment to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges. It’s about learning to be aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. In our sessions, we’ll use techniques like breathing exercises, meditation, and grounding practices to help you feel more centered. This approach can improve emotional balance, reduce overwhelm, and enhance your overall well-being. It’s a practical, supportive way to stay connected to yourself and navigate life’s ups and downs.
