Approaches to Delivering Therapeutic Services
Group Therapy
Group counseling is a powerful space for connection, healing, and transformation. In these intentional circles, individuals navigating similar challenges come together to share their stories, build community, and feel truly seen. It’s a reminder that you’re not alone—and that your experiences matter.
With an emphasis on stress management, each group integrates mindfulness, movement, expressive tools, and practical strategies tailored to your needs and pace. You'll leave with grounded, evidence-informed techniques—and a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and connection.
Poetry Therapy (In Training)
As a poetry therapy practitioner-in-training, I offer guided expressive writing experiences specifically designed for caregivers—those supporting loved ones with disabilities, chronic illness, mental health challenges, or grief.
Using metaphor, rhythm, and reflection, participants are invited to explore emotions that are often hard to articulate. These sessions create space for relief, self-expression, and deeper self- awareness. Poetry therapy isn’t just about writing—it’s about discovering your voice, building resilience, and finding healing through creativity and community.
Mindfulness-Based Support
Mindfulness is a core thread woven throughout my groups and workshops. These practices invite you to slow down, notice what’s happening inside and around you, and respond with intention rather than react from overwhelm.
From grounding breathwork and mindful journaling to body scans and guided imagery, each session offers accessible techniques that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and inner calm. These tools are practical, gentle, and designed to meet you where you are so you can build resilience from the inside out.
