Conversational Coaching
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a short-term form of behavioral treatment that helps clients problem-solve. CBT reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and the behaviors that follow. Through CBT, clients can identify perceptions that directly influence how they respond to specific situations. Using CBT, clients will learn how to respond to challenging situations more effectively.
Mindfulness Based-Interventions
Mindfulness means cultivating awareness of the mind and the body while living in the here and now. It consists of observing, watching, and examining the mind-body process through calm and focused awareness without judgment. Mindfulness-based interventions enhance our psychological and physical well-being by allowing us to acknowledge our feelings and thoughts and experience deeper states of acceptance and peace. Therapeutic Art Coaching
Therapeutic art coaching promotes healing and growth through creativity and imagination using multiple expressive art modalities. Expressive arts provide a sense of belonging and contribute to greater self-awareness. When used holistically it can provide meaningful engagement with the mind, body, and spirit to improve one’s quality of life while cultivating one’s ability to thrive.
Group Poetry Therapy Sessions
Poetry therapy is a form of expression that allows clients to heal therapeutically in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere in which people in therapy are able to explore their written expressions and associated emotional responses. Poetry therapy cultivates personal growth and exploration through narratives while facilitating greater self-awareness.
Meditation Practitioner
Guiding those who seek mental clarity through a set of techniques intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness by combining breath and relaxation to deepen consciousness by focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to improve psychological well-being.
