Mindfulness-based interventions enhance our psychological and physical well-being by allowing us to acknowledge our feelings and thoughts and experience deeper states of acceptance and peace. Yoga Coach/Mindfulness Educator

I instruct students on changing habits to cultivate a better life using movement, and yoga poses for a total transformation mentally, physically, and spiritually. In addition, I coordinate, develop, and implement comprehensive resilience-building, mindfulness, stress management, and reduction services to clients in need of wellness mastery.
