Genius Break Coaching combines the concepts of respect, gratitude, commitment, courage, kindness, insight, community, and consciousness by bringing out the genius through the practice of breath and movement.

Helping clients evaluate their life to reduce and manage stress in the body is my goal. Areas may include physical, financial, social, mental, and emotional well-being. Wellbeing Coaching is tailored to each client’s individual needs and can be delivered in-person or remotely to aid clients in achieving better overall health. Services include genius break coaching, well-being coaching, and yoga coaching. 

Yoga coaching helps clients find perfect peace wherever they are and wherever they go through practices of yoga. Yoga is a way of life that is beneficial for all body types and levels of functionality. It is a way to connect the mind and body in one place. Yoga coaching uses a combination of movement and talk-based techniques to explore healing streams in the mind, body, and spirit.

Therapeutic art coaching promotes art as a way to help clients heal through thought-provoking and creative processes that inspire them to maximize their potential, reach goals, and achieve happiness. Therapeutic art coaching unlocks the unconscious mind so clients can release pain, process emotions, and find meaning in life. You do not have to be an artist to participate, but you do have to be willing and vulnerable enough to explore your dreams and desires.
